Participants in the upcoming Congress shall have the opportunity to speak and hear in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.

Accommodation is provided for at the local hotel facilities, namely: Hotel da Candelária, Hotel Convento de Alter, Hotel Rural da Lameira and Pousada Flor da Rosa.

Participation fees, including the option without accommodation, comprise the transfer to and from the Lisbon International Airport, as well as food & beverage during the Congress days.
